Moody Comfort Mousse

Cacao - the pure, no-added sugar form of chocolate- has been honoured as a superfood for its supremely high levels of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. What you need

1 large perfectly ripe avocado

1 small ripe banana

2 tablespoons of cacao powder

1 teaspoon of agave syrup (or to taste)

1 teaspoon of natural vanilla extract

1 tablespoon of crushed almonds 


How to make

Blend all the ingredients together (apart from the nuts) until smooth and creamy and spoon into 4 small pots. Cover and chill for 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle the crushed almonds over the top.
