Certain medicinal herbs can be a useful support in PMS in areas like stabilising hormones and calming tension. Infuse the leaves, make a decoction from barks and drink as a tea. If easier, you can take them in tincture form. It is always best to get a more personalised prescription from a qualified herbalist but these are good herbs to start with. For loose herbs try

*Agnus Castus + Chinese Angelica for hormone balancing

*Motherwort + Passiaflora for anxiety and tension

*Cramp bark for cramps

*Dandelion leaves for fluid retention/bloating

*Do not use these herbs if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
